Imperial Compounds ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion based on order size and destination.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at info@imperial-compounds.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. Carrier delays are uncommon but possible due to weather, volume surges, or customs. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
